* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Riesley
Robert G. Riesley, 78, Celina, died at 2:35 p.m. Oct. 11, 2014, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, Greenville.
He was born Aug. 10, 1936, in Greenville, to Ira and Berniece Richter Riesley.
Surviving are a son, Dennis (Jill) Riesley, Dayton; two daughters, Diane (Kent) Denlinger, Arcanum, and Denise (Mike) Hangen, Arcanum; a significant friend, Audrey Stoltz, Celina; a sister, Linda Moyer, Atlanta, Ga.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was a 1954 graduate of Franklin Monroe High School and a self-employed grocer in Pitsburg. He was a member of VFW, American Legion, Moose and Eagles, all of Celina.
A gathering of family and friends is 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice and the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
