* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Richard Winkeljohn
Richard Leo Winkeljohn, 85, Celina, died at 5:45 a.m. Oct. 17, 2014.
He was born July 6, 1929, in Celina, to the late Harry and Bernice Stueve Winkeljohn.
Surviving are brothers, Jerry (Kathleen) Pulskamp, New Bremen, James Winkeljohn, Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Joyce Winkeljohn, Lima; sisters, Mary (Don) Angel, Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Susan (Dan) Plummer, Ada; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are his step-mother, Eleanor (Knapke) Winkeljohn; and his brother, Tom Winkeljohn.
He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and a former scout leader for Troop #69 in Celina. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #210, V.F.W. Post #5713, Moose lodge and Eagles Lodge, all in Celina. He enjoyed his horses; nothing could beat a good horse race or a round of golf.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, with Fr. Kenneth G. Alt, C.PP.S., officiating. Burial follows in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Celina, with military honors by the Celina American Legion Post and the Celina V.F.W. Post.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, with American Legion and V.F.W. membership services at 6 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Caregivers at the Kidney Services of West Central Ohio or to the Gardens at Celina.
