Kim Rammel and Jacqui Broering began planning their business, Performance Physical Therapy and Wellness in Coldwater, almost two years ago. The women said they have never felt any limitations because of their gender and believe women are being accepted in the business world largely because women have proven they have the same skills and qualifications as men.
