* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carolyn Young
Carolyn Ann Young, 78, Celina, and formerly of Mendon, died at 9:56 a.m. Oct. 27, 2014, at The Gardens at Celina, after a short illness.
She was born Sept. 22, 1936, in Mercer County, to Wilbert O. "Bus" and Mary Mildred Pollock Coffman. On Sept. 6, 1966, she married Daniel D. Young, who died Nov. 25, 2011.
Surviving are five children, Cindy Luedeke, Celina, Victor Snyder, Blissfield, Mich., Vickie (Jay) Jeffries, Celina, Pam Snyder, Celina, and Daniel D. Young, Fort Wayne, Ind.; two stepchildren, Mary (Dan) Snyder, Spencerville, and Anna Basa, Saginaw, Texas; nine grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Carol (Rudy) McMichael, North Richland Hills, Texas, and her beloved Boston terrier, Susie.
Deceased are two grandchildren and a son-in-law, Robert W. Luedeke.
She was a 1954 graduate of Spencerville High School. She worked 33 years in the paint department at Huffy Bicycle Corp. in Celina. She and her husband were very active at Celina Baptist Temple and managed its busing program. She loved to cook, do canning and share it with family and friends.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, Pastors Jason Springer and Donald Clinger officiating. Burial will follow in Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
