* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Gabrielle Tsomo, right, came from Libreville, Gabon, for surgery on her left hip. She is seen with her mother, Jacqueline Tsele, left, and Vicki Quellhorst, who is hosting the women at her Minster home. The operation has been paid for through donations from doctors, a local hospital and members of an area church.
