At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

Luis Rodriguez
Luis Rodriguez, 71, Celina, died at 6:30 a.m. Dec. 23, 2014, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born June 17, 1943, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, to Onesimo and Modesta Morales Rodriguez. On Aug. 31, 1963, in New York City, he married Noelia Urbina Lopez, who survives at the residence.
Also surviving are three sons, George Louis Rodriguez, New York City, Mark Anthony Rodriguez, Eugene, Ore., and Jon Eric Rodriguez, Losantville, Ind.; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Oneil Rodriguez, and two sisters, Mildred and Josephine.
He was employed by AAP Corp., St. Marys, and was a member of the Celina Church of the Nazarene.
He enjoyed golfing, bowling and loved to walk to his various activities. He loved his family and especially enjoyed his grandchildren.
Rites are 11 a.m. Monday at the Celina Church of the Nazarene.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys.
