* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

About 60 people attended a public hearing Tuesday at the St. Marys Township building for a proposed layer hen farm expansion on Tri Township Road. Kate Anderson, president of the Guardians of the Grand Lake St. Marys, pictured above, was one of four people who spoke out against the expansion.
