* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marilyn Hoenie
Marilyn Hoenie, 72, Celina, died at 10:35 a.m. Jan. 13, 2015, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 20, 1941, to John and Opal VanTilburg Barber. She was married to Richard Hoenie, who is deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Roxine (Walter) Beals, Celina, and Regina (Ron) Tousley, Celina; a brother, Donald (Karen) Barber, Mendon; a sister, Virginia (Bob) Hoenie of Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a son, Richard Hoenie, and two brothers, Robert Barber and Richard Barber.
She was retired from Celina Insurance Group and Tu-Way in Rockford. She was a member of Celina First Church of God.
Services are noon Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 10-noon Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
