* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Marie Howell
Marie E. Howell, 92, Celina, passed away on Jan. 20, 2015, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Nov. 24, 1922, in Mercer County, to Charles E. Sr. and Trecia A. Alexander Donovan. On July 5, 1941, she married Clarence G. Howell, who died April 25, 1994.
Surviving are three children, Larry W. (Cheryl) Howell, C. David Howell, and Jan (Wayne) Doner, all of Celina; a daughter-in-law, Mary Jane Taflinger, Celina; seven grandchildren, Tamara (Monte) Heiby, Dawn (Rod) Wiford, Timothy (Diana Goodwin) Doner, Ginger (Brett Roehm) Burden, Deborah (Jamie) Reed, David W. (Ashley) Howell Grover, and Glenna (Orin Justin) Kendall; 13 great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren, Clinton (Shawna) Briggs and Sherry (Jeremy) Harris; seven stepgreat-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are a son, Stanley L. Howell, and 10 siblings, Floyd E., Ralph E., Charles E. Jr., Clarence E., Paul E., Dale E. Donovan, Carrie E. Britten, Ruth E. Chaney, Mary E. French and Dorothy E. Rutter
She had retired from Mersman Table Factory, Celina. She then became certified in home health care. She was employed by Celina Area Visiting Nurses, now known as Community Health Professionals of Celina, and later worked independently as a home caregiver to many individuals in the local area.
She was a 1940 Celina High School graduate and had been a member of the former Pleasant View Church of God near Celina. She was an avid bingo player and also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
Services are noon Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, Pastor Dave Souers officiating. Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery near Celina.
Calling is 10 a.m.-noon Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to New Horizons Community Church, Rockford.
