At 354 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Recovery, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, pea size hail, and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Lightning can cause serious injury or death.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Osgood, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, Montezuma, New Weston, Yorkshire, Tama, and Egypt.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Nancy Richards
Nancy Estella Morrill Richards, 83, Celina, passed away at 6 a.m. Jan. 22, 2015, at home with her family.
She was born to Maurice and Cedelia McNary Morrill in Mount Pleasant, Mich., and was raised in Lansing, Mich. On April 26, 1952, she married Gerald Richards, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Cindy (Ronald) Birt, Pomeroy, Karen (Kevin Kelly) Richards, Washington, Vt., and Ronald (Tammy Rolfes) Richards, Celina; a grandson, Dylan (Katie) Birt, Lewiston, Maine; a great-granddaughter, Lucy Lewis Birt; two sisters, Jeanne Miller and Doris Andrews, both of Lansing, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two brothers-in-law, Harold "Pudge" Miller and Robert Andrews.
She worked for Celina City Schools for 18 years as a secretary before retiring in 1991. She loved sewing and gardening; was an active member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina; played bridge; attended history club and sorority; and played tennis at the Racquet Club for years before finally giving up the sport at the age of 77.
Before and after retirement, she and her husband traveled extensively.
Services are 11:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, the Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 9:30-11:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the St. Paul's United Methodist Church Building Fund or Community Health Professionals-Home Health and Hospice.
