* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Martha Andrews
Martha May Andrews, 82, Rockford and Chattanooga, died at 11:25 p.m. Jan. 25, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born July 5, 1932, in Pleasant Township, Van Wert County, to Michael G. and Florence M. Osborn Klinger. On Aug. 5, 1950, she married Victor E. Andrews Jr., who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Carol (Robert) Berry, Rockford, and Alice (Thomas) Jackson, Celina; a sister-in-law, Erma Klinger, Convoy; a brother-in-law, Roger Andrews, Chattanooga; four grandchildren, Robert (Deb) Berry, Bruce (Trisha) Berry, Scott Jackson and Kara Jackson; and eight great-grandchildren, Justin (Jessica) Berry, Brandon Berry, Alexis Berry, Breanna Berry, Skyy Jackson, Blake Jackson, Kaden Jackson and Phoenix Jackson.
Deceased are two brothers, Robert Klinger and Michael William Klinger, and two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Yocum and Nancy Jane Whitten.
She was a 1950 graduate of Convoy High School. She worked as a bookkeeper at Andrews Garage for 25 years and secretary at Andrews Sawmill for 10 years.
She was a member of the Chattanooga United Methodist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher for 25 years. She also served as ad council secretary for the United Methodist Women.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Pastor Tom Brunstrup officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
