Dorothy Zumberge
Dorothy Zumberge, 80, formerly of Chickasaw, died at 4:12 p.m. Feb. 5, 2015, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 24, 1934, in St. Patrick, to Nick and Adella Poeppelman Zumberge.
Surviving are her siblings, Mary and Charles Wilker, St. Marys, Rita and Tom McEldowney, Greenville, Marlene and Howard Bruggeman, Maria Stein, James Zumberge, Lima, Tom Zumberge and Trigvie Connerton, Curtis, Ron Zumberge, Arlington, Texas, Karen Zumberge, Coldwater, Sharon and Jerry Siegrist, Chickasaw; numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Deceased is a sister-in-law, Rita Zumberge (Tom's wife).
She was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, the Precious Blood Ladies Sodality and a former member of the caring ministry. She cleaned the Precious Blood church for many years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial will take place at Precious Blood Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
