An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper on Monday helps remove Honda air conditioners from the intersection of state Route 29 and Grand Lake Road in Celina. The pieces spilled out of a semitrailer onto the intersection about 3 p.m. Celina police officers also responded to the spill. The driver, Christopher Parsons, 40, Piqua, was cited for having an unsecured load, said Celina Police Chief Tom Wale.
