* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Celina Police Sgt. Dan Harting makes his K-9 partner, Ted, wait patiently before giving a signal that allows Ted to capture a suspect during training Wednesday evening.
