Dog sweater weather

A man walks his dog along a path at West Bank State Park in Celina on Wednesday afternoon as temperatures reached a high of 24 degrees. The roller coaster weather includes a high of 15 today and Friday and an overnight low tonight of minus 5, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick.
