An arctic cold front will move through the area this afternoon and evening, bringing snow showers and much colder air. While accumulations will generally be less than one half inch, quick bursts of snow will result in reductions in visibility and slick conditions at times. Some snow squalls are possible, which could lead to locally difficult travel conditions.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Paul Tebbe
Paul D. Tebbe, 54, Celina, died at 2:25 a.m. March 12, 2015, at Vancrest of St. Marys.
He was born March 15, 1960, in St. Marys, the son of Leo and Mary (Craft) Tebbe. His father is deceased and his mother survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are a daughter, Erin (Jeff) Springer, Lebanon, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Xavier Springer, Olimar Springer and Willow Springer; siblings Mike (Mary) Tebbe, St. Marys, Dan (Linda) Tebbe, St. Marys, Allen (Sandi) Tebbe, Bowling Green, Jerry (Stacy) Tebbe, St. Marys, Kevin (Sharon) Tebbe, Mount Gilead, Diane (Mark) Batcher, Beavercreek, Annette (Mike) Hensley, Lima, and Brenda (Sam) Conley, Baldwinsville, N.Y.; his companion, Yvonne Noel, Celina; and his former wife, Kelly Pummell, Celina.
He was a 1978 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and was the owner of T & S Welding, Celina. Paul was a licensed private pilot, was certified to perform aerial acrobatics and owned an airstrip. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and restoring antique cars, collecting arrowheads, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Monday, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, Father Barry Stechschulte celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys, where a Christian prayer service will be offered at 6 p.m.
