* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gary Olwine
Gary W. Olwine, age 71, of Canal Winchester and formerly of Ft. Recovery, died Friday, March 13, 2015, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus.
Born April 16, 1943, in Union City, IN, to the late Herman L. and Adele M. (Subler) Olwine, he was a 1961 graduate of Ft. Recovery High School. He was retired from AgCo New Idea and was the former owner of Olwine's Monument Engraving.
He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Pickerington and a former member of the Ohio Progressive Sportsman Sports Club, Ft. Recovery Gun Club, Sons of the American Legion and Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Gary enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting in the outdoors with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marie Olwine; children, Anthony (Crystal) Olwine, Denise (John) Pendergraft, both of Celina, Deborah Olwine, Lancaster, Melissa Cherry, Canal Winchester, Kelly (Daniel) Cramer, Stoutsville; grandchildren, Andrew, Heather, Stacey, Cody, Darcy, Glenn, Mason, Maya and Allison; great-grandson, James; sister, Helen Schlarman, Ft. Recovery; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Fortner, Coldwater; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father- and mother-in-law, Andrew and Erma Beumer, and brothers-in-law, Walt Fortner and Gerald Schlarman.
Friends may visit from 10 a.m-noon Saturday at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home & Crematory, 550 Hill Road N. (St. Rt. 256), Pickerington, where a memorial service will follow at noon with Fr. James Klima officiating. Interment will follow at Union Grove Cemetery.
