Some patchy fog will linger this afternoon, but more widespread fog is expected tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities are likely to be reduced below one mile, with quarter mile or lower visibilities possible.
Isolated locations may observe temperatures at or just below freezing. If dense fog occurs in these locations, some slick spots may develop on elevated surfaces.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

With spring finally here, residents turn to their gardens, flower beds
CELINA - Spring arrives today and experts say it's time to plan that garden or flower bed.
It's hard to predict the weather from day to day, so local gardeners rely on different resources for planting. The Farmer's Almanac, daily weather forecasts and even old wives' tales are used by some.
Money needed to pay attorney fees to represent indigent defendants
CELINA - Area county commissioners want larger state reimbursements for fees they must pay attorneys to represent indigent defendants.

CELINA - The county's community development agency is seeking $400,000 from the state to pad a revolving loan fund used to assist new and existing companies.
CELINA - Starting this month community youth groups will begin picking up litter along many Mercer County roads.
The annual program will focus on clearing out refuse in ditches along county roads.
CELINA - A local man was arrested Wednesday on felony drug charges after the local Heroin Interdiction Team conducted a traffic stop at Grand Lake Road near East Market Street.
