* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Madella Teeters
Madella Mae Teeters, age 86, of Celina, passed away Tuesday, April 7 at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
Born October 15, 1928 in Celina, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Irma Berry Ashman. She married Charles Teeters on June 28, 1947, and he preceded her in death on October 18, 2001.
Madella is survived by their 2 Sons: Terry ( Dorothy ) Teeters of Celina and Doug ( Beth ) Teeters of Wabash, 8 Grandchildren: Mike ( Heidi ) Teeters, Jamie ( Dale ) Secrest, Jason Teeters, Ryan Teeters, Nathan Teeters, Dylan Teeters, Pete ( Paula ) Hagaman and Misty ( Dan ) Albers, 9 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were 2 Sisters: Helen Haden and Ruby Swank and her Brother, Harold Ashman.
She was a Homemaker and a member of the former Wabash United Church of Christ. A true animal lover, Madella had the squirrels she fed at her home eating out of her hand. She was known for her love of spoiling dogs, especially Fritz and Ginger, often buying them special treats.
An avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Madella loved watching their games and collecting Cowboys items. She enjoyed cooking, especially making peanut butter fudge, and Madella's Grandchildren were very important to her.
Funeral Services will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, April 10th, with Calling Hours to be from 2:00 P.M. until the time of Services. Pastor Bruce Ekern will officiate. Burial will take place at Swamp College Cemetery, following the service.
