* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Dennis J. Mihm, 68, of 1014 Cleveland Avenue in St. Marys, OH died 9:20 p.m. Monday April 13, 2015 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys, OH.
He was born December 26, 1946 in Celina, OH to Harold and Marie (Spohn) Mihm.
Survivors include: son Denny (Lena) Mihm of St. Marys, OH, son Matt (Karen) Mihm of St. Marys, OH, daughter Anne (Mike) Peterson of St. Marys, OH, 5 grandchildren: Austin, Cody and Courtney Mihm, Katie and Jonathon Peterson, former wife Mary (Wilker) Mihm of St. Marys, OH, sister Sondra Smith of Celina, OH, sister Carroll (Bill) Pence of St. Marys, OH, brother John (Barb) Mihm of St. Marys, OH, sister Donna Jean (Denny) Anderson of Celina, OH, brother James (Earlene Schaaf) Mihm of St. Marys, OH, sister Michele (John) Springer of St. Marys, OH, sister Deloris (Greg) Bailey of St. Marys, OH, brother-in-law Dudley Ginter of Lake City, MI
Preceded in death by: father and step-mother Harold and Kate Mihm, mother Marie Hainline, brother Bobby Jay Mihm, brother Ronald Mihm, sister Arlinda Mihm, brother Michael Mihm, sister Glenda Ginter, brother-in-law John Smith.
He was a graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High School. He retired from the St. Marys Foundry Co., where he worked as a maintenance technician. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served his country during the Viet Nam era.
His favorite pastimes include hunting, fishing and classic automobiles. More than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Private family funeral services will be held.
