Marjorie Ellis
Marjorie B. Ellis, 94, Celina, passed away at Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert, OH, on June 1, 2015 at 5:00 A.M.
She was born on July 14, 1920 in Celina, OH to Edward and Florence (Nungester) Eichenauer. She married Rev. Robert Ellis on April 9, 1939, they were together for 76 wonderful years and he survives in Celina.
Other survivors include a daughter, Barbara Sue (Ernest L.) Draper, Celina; two sisters, Virginia Strable, Celina, and Imogene Homan, Angola, IN; two grandchildren, Robert and David Draper; three great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Preceded in death by a brother, Nelson Eichenauer; two sisters, Vivian Laffin and Joann Kimmel; and a grandson, Keith Draper.
Marjorie was a member of Celina Church of the Nazarene.
She was a devoted wife, homemaker and a great supporter of her husband's ministry. As our hearts ache for the physical loss of her, we find solace knowing that she is now with God. She is at peace. And for that, we are grateful.
Visitation hours will be from 4-7 P.M., Friday, June 5, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 AM on Saturday in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Chris Riffle, Rev. Larry Fox, Rev. Dale Boeger, and Rev. John Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, OH.
