* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Richards
Timothy A. Richards, 56, Alger, passed away at his home on June 14, 2015 at 9:05 A.M. He was born on August 19, 1958 in Celina, Ohio to Fred and Helen (Schumate) Richards, who survive. He married Marcia Rae Manns on May 17, 1997 and she survives in Alger.
Survivors include three sons: Brian Richards, Snoqualmie, Washington, Chase Williams, St. Augustine, Florida, and Ryan Williams, Kenton, Ohio; three daughters: Mindy & Dan Adams, Dublin, Ohio, Ashley Gehle, Celina, Ohio, Jessica Williams, Kenton, Ohio; three brothers Wayne Richards, Wapakoneta, Ohio, Glenn Richards, Celina, Ohio, Michael and Tracy Richards, Celina, Ohio; and three sisters Donna and Richard Birt, Celina, Ohio, Jackie & Michael Fowler Sr., Celina, Ohio, and Tina & Rodney Yoder, Celina, Ohio and six grandchildren.
Timothy graduated from Celina Sr. High School in 1976, and played in numerous bands in the area.
Visitation hours will be from 1:00-3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm with Pastor Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
