* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph W. Rhoades
Ralph W. Rhoades, age 88, of Union City, IN, passed away on June 15, 2015 at 5:05 PM at Randolph County Nursing Home, Winchester, Indiana.
He was born on June 18, 1926 in Mississinawa Township, Ohio, to the late Hiram R. & Mary M. (Cline) Rhoades.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters in law, Richard & Margaret Rhoades of Greenville, Donald Rhoades of Tipp City, Ohio, and Carlton & Mary Rhoades of Ft. Recovery, Ohio; sister and brother in law, Elsie Ilene (Rhoades) & Jack Cummings of Saratoga, Indiana; as well as too many nieces and nephews to mention that all loved him dearly.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Jean (Rhoades) Brig-ner; brothers and sisters in law, Royce & Jeanette Rhoades, Norman Rhoades and Marjorie Rhoades; twin brother and sister, Marvin & Marlene Rhoades.
Ralph attended school in Jackson, Ohio, and then worked at Mengals in Union City. He enjoyed sports, music and playing cards with his family.
There will be a visitation held on Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. There will be a memorial graveside service held at the convenience of the family in Lisbon Cemetery, Union City, Indiana.
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to the Darke County Cancer Association.
