The Boardwalk, a proposed condominium/hotel-style resort along West Bank Road in Celina, is closer to becoming a reality after the city planning commission this week approved a preliminary site plan. Plans call for four condominium-hotel buildings with a total of 150 units, two resort-style swimming pools, retail space for offices, general retail and restaurants and a conference area.
