* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While temperatures are expected to be in the upper single digits (above zero), a northwest wind at 10-15 mph will make temperatures feel as if they are colder than 10 below zero.

Wilbur Brubaker
Wilbur K. Brubaker, 92, formerly of St. Marys, OH died 6:55 p.m. Thursday July 2, 2015 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH.
He was born July 13, 1922 in Ohio City, OH to Ralph and Leona (Mihm) Brubaker. On June 28, 1952, he married Barbara L. Kohler, who survives.
Also survived by: daughter Diane Brubaker of Wapakoneta, OH; daughter Mary Jo (Jack) Cox of Lima, OH; 3 grandchildren: Jill (Zach) Smithey, Andrew (Amanda) Bindel, Kelsey Cox; 2 great-grandchildren: Jacob Bindel, Olivia Smithey; 3 step-grandchildren: Jamie Cox, Joshua Cox, Jonah (Rebecca) Cox.
Preceded in death by: parents Ralph and Leona Brubaker; brother Ivan Brubaker.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during World War II.
Wilbur retired from Parker-Hannifin Corp. in St. Marys, where he worked as a shipping and receiving clerk. He was a member of the First Friends Church and St. Marys Men's Garden Club.
Wilbur was a true horticulturist, who took great pride in tending his flowers, vegetables and fruit trees. He also enjoyed tinkering with automobiles and volunteering for his church. He also was very kind to animals.
Rites for Mr. Brubaker are scheduled to begin 1:00 p.m. Tuesday July 7, 2015 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial, with full graveside military honors, will follow at the Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Monday July 6 at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the ASPCA.
