* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Fun, food at IC picnic

Ashton Finn, 8, and Justin Warnement, 15, both of Celina, on Friday night play a round of miniature golf at the IC Parish Festival in Celina. The festival continues through Sunday on the grounds of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Food, games and various types of entertainment are scheduled. A few of the activities today include a student band concert from 2-4 p.m.; T102 Country Star Playoffs, 6-9 p.m.; and Exploit, 9-11 p.m. Sunday's line-up includes a cruise-in, 2-6 p.m.; Neal Kerns Guitar Soloist, 2-4 p.m.; and Ryan Lakes & the Heartaches, 6-9 p.m.
