Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert. Burial will follow at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Ohio City Community Church of God.
