Workers earlier this week create the foundation for new locker rooms, which are part of the first phase of a multipurpose athletic complex project at the stadium in Coldwater. Phase one work is east of the home bleachers. Phase two, set for completion in May, includes new restrooms and concession stands beneath the bleachers, according to athletic director Eric Goodwin. Committee members have raised $770,000 for the project and are seeking another $116,000 to complete both phases, he said.
