* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Keith Figley
Keith L. Figley, age 72, of Van Wert died 8:35 a.m. Sunday, August 9, 2015, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.  
He was born Aug. 31, 1942, in Decatur, IN to the late LeDoyle "Farmer" and Mabel (Strickler) Figley. He married Sandra Hoffman May 1, 1981, and she preceded him in death Oct. 24, 2009.
Keith had been a shipping clerk for Aeroquip, retiring after 32 years.
Survivors include 2 sons: Dustin "Dusty" (Julie) Figley and Timothy "T.J." Figley both of Van Wert, 1 daughter:  Lorrie (Brian) Andrews-Monroe of Geneva, IN, 7 grandchildren and a great granddaughter, a sister: Jane Roebuck of Cridersville, a brother: Richard "Dick" (Jan) Figley of Rockford, and special friends Pam Stose and Frankie Shindeldecker.
No public visitation or services are planned.
Memorial contributions may be given to Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
