* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Irene Koesters
Irene B. Koesters, age 67, of Carthagena, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Van Wert Manor.
She was born January 26, 1948, in Celina, to the late Alex & Rita (Roessner) Koesters. She is survived by four children: Jeffrey (Holly) Bertke of New Bremen, Russell (Heather) Bertke of New Bremen, Tina Cotterman of St. Marys and Renee (Eric) Jensen of Brownstown, IN; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; and siblings: Virginia (Herb) Nieport of Ansonia, Robert (Bonnie) Koesters of Ansonia, Norbert (Mary Lou) Koesters of Minster, Paul (Jeanne) Koesters of Plantation Acre, FL, Joseph (Vera) Koesters of Carthagena, Jane (Donald) Prenger of Minster, Rose (Gary) Thieman of Minster, Carl (Catherine) Koesters of Ft. Recovery, Teresa (Steve) Wacker of Minster, Roger (Nancy) Koesters of Carthagena, Connie (Dean) Fruchey of Wapakoneta and Marge (Gordon) Luedeke of New Bremen; and an aunt & uncle Pat & Walt Harlett.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, Ohio.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 21, 2015 at St. Aloysius Church.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home - Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Van Wert Manor Activity Fund.
