* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Linda Grissom
Linda Janis Grissom, age 56, was welcomed into the arms of the Lord and received her wings on September 20, 2015. Linda resided near Celina.
Born on March 3, 1959, in Oxford, Ohio, Linda was the daughter of the late James H. Grissom and Janis Hayes Bishop.
Surviving are three sisters: Susan Quinn of Celina, Patricia Grissom of Nantucket, Massachusetts, and Penelope Skipper of Celina, and one brother, Daniel Bishop of Perry, Maine. Also surviving are her extended family: many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Preceding her in death were her grandmothers and grandfathers, a niece, Garrianna Quinn and a great niece and nephew Savannah and Evan Quinn.
Linda had attained an associate's degree from Wright State University-Lake Campus. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina. For more than 25 years, Linda worked at the Motor Inn Restaurant in Mercer. Linda's pastimes were spending time with her family and friends and she enjoyed crocheting.
Visitation hours are from 2-8 PM. Friday, September 25th and one hour prior to services Saturday, September 26th at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, September 26th at the funeral home, Rev. Diane Mendelson, officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
