* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert F. Gagle
Robert F. Gagle, 88, of Bloomington, Indiana, and formerly of Athens, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Robert was born May 5, 1927 in Ft. Recovery, Ohio, and was the son of the late Dwight "Bill" and Marguerita Geraldine "Rita" (Dilworth) Gagle. He was a 1945 graduate of Celina High School and was a World War II Veteran of the Army. He worked as a Regional Production Manager for State Auto Insurance Company for 35 years. He was a Lifetime Member of Athens Elks BPOE #973. His other memberships include 1st Presbyterian Church, Paramuthia Lodge #25 F&AM, Aladdin Temple Shrine, Athens County Shrine Club and American Legion Post #21. He was formerly a member of the Lions and Seratoma clubs.
Survivors include his 3 children; Patti (Larry) Sparks of Bloomington, IN, Tim (Joanna) Gagle of Lebanon, TN and Don (Nancy) Gagle of Bloomington, IN. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren; Lindsay Sparks, Kevin Sparks (Katy), Morgan Gagle, Hogan Gagle and Ashley Gagle, one great grandson, Kane Sparks, two step grandchildren Melissa Sparks, Steve Sparks and two nephews, Mark Gagle of Celina, OH and Todd Gagle of Washington, PA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 56 years, Dorothy E. (Snider) Gagle and one brother, Lowell "Spiz" Gagle.
Family and friends will gather on Sunday, October 4th at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard in Bloomington, Indiana from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm and on Sunday, October 18th at Jagers & Sons Funeral Home in Athens, Ohio from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the American Kidney Fund www.kidneyfund.org. Memories of Robert and condolences may be sent to the family at jagersfuneralhome.com.
