At 513 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Wapakoneta to Bradford, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph, pea size hail, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Sidney, Piqua, Greenville, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Chippewa Park, Hardin, Webster, Quincy, and Russia.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 83 and 105.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Luella Homan
Luella A. "Ellie" Homan, 92, Celina, Ohio, died on November 1, 2015 at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio.
She was born August 23, 1923, in Coldwater, OH, to the late Joseph and Agatha (Tangeman) Buschur. On August 28, 1943, in Philothea, OH, she married the late Harold Homan, who died February, 8, 2008.
Surviving are two sons, Dan (Brenda) Homan of Celina, OH and Rick (Cathy) Homan of Fort Recovery, OH; one daughter, Cathy (Phil) Bailey of Portland, IN; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; four sisters-in-law, Luella (Eugene) Reinhart of Bryant, IN, Joy Homan of St. Marys, OH, Verena Goettemoeller of Rockford, OH and Mary Ann Luebke of Celina, OH; two brothers-in-law, Ivo Homan of St. Henry, OH and Jim Homan of Coldwater, OH.
Deceased are one grandchild; her siblings, Marie Winhoven, Nettie Kallmeyer, Leona Beckman, Leonard Buschur, Ralph Buschur, Sylvester Buschur, Vincent Buschur and Leon Buschur.
Luella was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, IN, and a member of the church's Ladies Sodality.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Indiana, with Fr. David Hoying officiating. Burial will follow at the Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Calling is 4:00 pm-8:00 pm Tuesday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Wednesday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
