* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kenneth Day
Kenneth Richard Day, 67, St. Marys, OH died 9:30 a.m. Monday at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, OH.
He was born April 10, 1948 in Dayton, OH to Kenneth J. and Mildred A. (Swords) Day. On August 24, 1975 he married Sharon Ann Hullinger at her parents' home in St. Marys, OH.
Survivors include: wife Sharon Day of St. Marys, OH; daughter, Amber (Jeff) Griffis of St. Marys, OH; daughter, Alicia (Jason) Vanderpool of St. Marys, OH; 5 grandchildren: Patrick Day, Taylor Griffis, Nicholas Griffis, Arabella Vanderpool, Joshua Vanderpool; brother, Thomas E, (Billie) Day of Palmer, TN; sister, Patricia Glancy of Dayton, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was a 1966 graduate of Wilber Wright High School in Dayton, OH.
Mr. Day was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during the Viet Nam War; was retired from the United States Navy where he served as FMS with the United States Marines, and served during Operation Desert Storm. He is also retired from the United States Naval Reserve.
He was retired from the United States Post Office in Lima, OH. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in St.Marys, OH.
His favorite pastimes included woodworking, reading and collecting guns. More than anything else in the world, he found pleasure in spending time with his grandchildren.
He was a member of VFW #9289 and of American Legion #323, both in St. Marys.
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 7th, 2015 at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys with funeral rites to begin at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Tim Smith, officiating.
Military Funeral Honors will be conducted following the service.
Memorials may be directed to the First Church of the Nazarene.
