* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Johnnie Watkins
Johnnie Watkins, age 67 of Celina, OH (formerly of Beattyville, KY) passed away on Nov. 4, 2015 at Van Wert Hospice Center surround by his loved ones.
He was born on March 7, 1948 in Noctor, Ky. to the late Pearl and Mae (Dobson) Watkins.
Surviving is his wife, Lucille Watkins of Beattyville, Ky., daughters Barb (Chris) Jones of Berne, In., Sharon (Kraig) Watkins-Crockett of Celina, Oh and Tiffany (Tony) Wordon of Gettysburg, Oh., Four grandchildren, Paige and Nathan Watkins of Celina, Oh., and Jesse Carey and Lance Watkins of Gettysburg, Oh., two great grandchildren. Also he is survived by a sister Audrey Sallee and 11 brothers, Gene, Joe, Paul, Carl, Raymond, Pearl, Donnie, Tommie, Price, Clyde and Earl Watkins.
Preceding him in death is a daughter, Melissa Jean Watkins Flowers, sister Victorine Back, 2 brothers, Stanley and Claude Watkins.
Johnnie attended Breathitt County High School and retired from Conrail Railroad. He was a member of Heavenly Missions Church in Beattyville, Ky., and enjoyed playing cornhole, basketball and fishing.
Viewing will be on Saturday Nov. 7th at 5 pm. with funeral services on Sunday Nov. 8th at 1 pm held at Deaton's Funeral Home in Jackson, Ky. Graveside service will follow at Fairview Haven of Rest in Beattyville, Ky.
