* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judith Fortman

Judith Y. Fortman, 74, St. Marys, OH died Friday November 6, 2015 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.

She was born March 29, 1941 in New Castle, IN to Willard and Gertrude (Brunner) Walker. On October 1, 1960 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, she married James L. Fortman, who survives.

Also survived by: daughter Julie (Dave) Koch of Las Vegas, NV; daughter Joni (Pat) McEvoy of Celina, OH; daughter Angela Flaute of Celina, OH; 7 grandchildren: Casey Webster, Mike McEvoy, Angelo Macias, Cole Flaute, Ross Flaute, Kyle Flaute, Tyler Koch; sister Margaret Parker of Anchorage, AK.

Preceded in death by: parents Willard and Gertrude Walker; brother Ed Walker; brother Don Walker; sister Donna Ghibaudy; sister Helen Hills; son-in-law Dan Flaute.

She retired from the Valley Nursing Home in St. Marys. She had also worked at the St. Marys Cotton Mill and Paris Cleaners.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included traveling, crocheting, making crafts and spending time with her family.

Rites are scheduled to begin 7:00 p.m. Friday November 13, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Private burial will take place at the Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
