* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leo Koesters
Leo H. Koesters, 79, Celina, passed away at Celina Manor, on November 9, 2015 at 5:45 pm.
He was born July 22, 1936, to Clarence and Octavia (Meyers) Koesters; who both preceded him in death. He married Shirley Knapke on May 22, 1965, and she preceded him in death on October 10, 1996.
Survivors include two daughters, Sue (John) Sutter, Celina, and Deborah (William) Grady, Jacksonville, FL; a son, Gary (Emily) Koesters, St. Marys; two brothers, Charles (Hannie) Koesters, Coldwater, and George (Shirley) Koesters, Coldwater; four sisters, Francis Brockman, Dayton, Rose (Verus) Muhlenkamp, Bryant, IN, Anna Miller, Ft. Wayne, IN, and Mary (Don) Miller, St. Henry; 9 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Also preceded in death by a son, Michael Koesters; and a brother, Joseph Koesters.
Leo was a 1954 graduate of St. Henry High School. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War Era. He retired from Huffy's in Celina after 30 plus years of service.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, Celina American Legion Post 210, Coldwater Eagles, and Coldwater K of C.
Visitation hours will be from 4-7 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:30 am on Friday in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Alt C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina; where military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713.
