* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Desch
Nancy M. "Rosie" Desch, age 81, of Englewood, Ohio and formerly of Celina, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Cypress Point Health Campus Englewood, Ohio.
She was born on January 26, 1934 in Celina, Ohio to Louis and Agnes (Hemmert) Sacher.
Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law Michael & Nancee Desch of Englewood, grandsons Bryan & Michaela Desch, Daniel Desch, three nieces Michelle Quinter, Cindi Rosengarten and Kris Vorbroker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Ann Quinter.
Nancy graduated from the Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in Celina, with the Class of 1952. In 1955 Nancy graduated from the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing in Dayton, receiving her RN Degree.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. Nancy worked in the OB Department at Gibbons Hospital until she retired in 1979.
Her passion was her family. She enjoyed camping and snow skiing until she was 70 years old, with her friends and family.
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth G. Alt C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday November 29, 2015 and from 9-10 a.m. on Monday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio State Parks 2045 Morse, Building C4, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
