* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roy Marsee
Roy L. Marsee, 96, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 5:59 A.M. Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in Saint Marys.
He was born July 5, 1919, in Speedwell, Tennessee, the son of McKinley and Cora (Tinnel) Marsee. He married Dorothy Brown on February 5, 1946, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his children: Sue (Terry) Sauve of Las Vegas, Nevada; Roy (Barbara) Richards of Nottingham, England; Janet Highley of Minster, Ohio; Robert (Joan) Marsee of Mystic, Connecticut; DeWayne (Billie) Marsee of Saint Marys. He is survived by 29 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings: Tommy June Southern of Crestview, Florida; Emma Lou Cain of Panama City, Florida and Carolyn Custer of Homosassa, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his siblings Cleo Mays, Lenis Marsee, Carlos Marsee and Freddie May Callow.
Roy retired from Excello Corporation in Lima, and also from Saint Marys City Schools, where he served as a custodian. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during WWII.
He was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in Saint Marys; VFW Post 9289, American Legion Post 323, both in Saint Marys, and Mercer Lodge in Saint Marys, where he was a 50 year member.
He was a private pilot and had restored a Ford Model T Automobile. He enjoyed farming, camping and traveling. He was an Honor Flight Participant in November, 2008.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 3, 2016, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, the Reverend Lynn Huffman, officiant. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Sunday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to either the Auglaize County Council on Aging or Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
