* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Dorothy Mangen
Dorothy E. Mangen age 96, of Versailles, Ohio passed away at 5:53 A.M. on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Brookdale in Greenville.
Dorothy was born January 31, 1919 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Lewis "Butch" & Dora (Smith) McEldowney.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Mary E. Knight of Beavercreek, Edward F. & Sandra Mangen of Beavercreek, William L. & Anne Mangen of Celina, Robert J. & Janice Mangen of Huber Heights, Vickie A. & Ted Hollinger of Morrow, Jeffrey T. "Smoke" Mangen of Versailles and Janice M. & John Kaeck of Piqua; grandchildren, Jay Knight, Eric Knight, Rachel & Shad Toney, John Mangen, Greg & Jennifer Mangen, Teresa & Kenneth Robinson, Melissa & Brian Gerlach, Kim Davidson, Erin & Michael Jordan, Brian & Amy Shappie, Jenna Hollinger, Ben & Kara Shappie and Alex Shappie; 17 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Martha Treon of Versailles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by her husband, Peter E. Mangen on January 21, 2015 whom she married September 7, 1940; sons-in-law, Jerry Knight and Scott Shappie; sisters, Ursula Bulcher, Marie Baltes, Mildred Simon, Cecilia Bulcher, Pauline Heckert, Marcella Schafer and Johanna McNutt; and brothers, Alvin L., Chester, Paul and Lowell "Dude" McEldowney.
Dorothy was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles and a former member of Trash is Cash.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, January 29, 2016 at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles with Rev. Fr. James Simons celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Valbert Cemetery in Versailles.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
