* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Vaughn Now
Vaughn "Whitey" Now, age 90 of Massillon, passed away February 19, 2016.
He was born March 17, 1925 in Mercer County, Ohio to the late Orris and Lydia Now.
Vaughn was a 1943 graduate of Celina High School. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and received the Purple Heart.
He was a member of the 1st Marine Division Association, the 8th Amphibious Tractor Association, VFW Post #5047 in Navarre, and the Ashland Oil Retirees. In his free time, Vaughn enjoyed woodworking.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two daughters, Carol Now and Patricia Keenan.
Vaughn is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Bertha; sons, David and Joseph Now; daughters, Diana (Larry) Jones, Sharon Now; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Morris Now.
Visitation is today, February 23, from 4-7 pm in Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel.
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 24 at 11 am with visitation one hour prior from 10-11 am at John Knox Presbyterian Church. Inurnment will occur at a later date in St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery in McDonaldsville.
