* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Audrey Lowery
Audrey L. Richards Lowery, 91, of Celina, went home to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 11:00 pm.
She was born November 6, 1924 in Harlen County, Kentucky to Thomas and Bertha (Wilburn) Holman, both preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Evelyn Richards, Celina, Ohio; four grandchildren, Melissa (Mike) Browder, Celina, Ohio, Josetta (Chris) Doseck, Celina, Ohio, George "Eddie" (Kelly) Stevens, MI, and Jackie Shroller, Celina, Ohio; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Tom Richards and George (Linda) Stevens; her first husband, Scott Stevens, her second husband, Gordon Richards, who she married in 1951 and they were together for 30 years until he passed away in 1981, and her third husband, Oscar Lowery, and he passed away in 1990; five sisters, Eula Hormby, Othella Smith, Irene Napier, Sarah Hayes, and Betty Holman; and five brothers, Richard Holman, Clarence Holman, Thomas Holman, Jr., Walter Holman, and Curtis Holman.
Audrey had various jobs through her lifetime, but her favorite job was cleaning homes. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family.
Funeral services will begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 26, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Rick Brosher officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, OH.
