* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Curtis Prenger
Curtis J. Prenger, age 23, of Van Wert formerly of Celina, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
He was born March 11, 1993.
He is survived by a daughter Danielle, his parents Joseph & Rita (Homan) Prenger of Celina, a sister Angel Prenger of Van Wert, a brother Vincent Prenger serving in the US Marine Corps stationed in Okinawa, Japan and his grandmother Mildred Prenger of Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Maurice & Joann Homan and Leonard Prenger.
He graduated from Celina High School in 2011, was a member of the Van Wert Masonic Lodge and was employed at Quality Welding & Fabrication LLC in Elida.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Church in Celina. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and from 9:00 to 9:45 AM on Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Danielle Prenger's name.
