* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Helen Sneddon
Helen L. Sneddon, 81, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at her residence, on April 4, 2016 at 3:10 pm.
She was born May 15, 1934 in Celina, Ohio to Russell and Goldie (Silvers) Vorhees, both preceded her in death. Helen married Robert "Bob" Sneddon on December 23, 1961 and he preceded her in death on December 26, 2007.
Survivors include her five children, Lisa Sneddon, Celina, Ohio, Vicki Boatright, Grover Hill, Ohio, Sandy Dailey, Celina, Ohio, Jeff (Deb) Sneddon, Celina, Ohio, and Dan (Lana) Sneddon, LaGrange, Indiana; two grandchildren, Andrew Sneddon and Alicia Ball; three great grandchildren, Calob and Colton Schmidt, and Baylie Ball; and special friends, Ray Roth, Grover Hill, Ohio and Virginia Wierwille, Celina, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Virge (Maxine) Vorhees; six sisters, Betty (Ermine) Huston, Dorothy (Bill) West, Irene (Claude) Goodpastor, Norma (Cal) Smitley, Pat (Bud) Shivley, and Onalee (Mel) Monroe; and a good friend, Louis Huelsman.
Helen worked as a waitress and a homemaker. She was a member of Celina Eagles Auxiliary Lodge 1291 and was an honorary member of the Celina VFW Auxiliary Post 5713.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services will begin at 7:00 pm, Thursday, April 7, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Jon Exman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 3:00-7:00 pm prior to the service.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice and/or Mercer County Cancer Association.
