* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Jeanette Emery
Jeanette Emery, 80, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died April 13, 2016 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born January 15, 1936, in Celina, OH, to the late Dana and Mabel (Hoffman) Gebele. On January 27, 1962, she married Roy Emery, who survives.
Also surviving are her daughter, Janet Ashcraft of Albion, IN; son, Rich Emery of Portland, IN; 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; and sisters, Jeanine Kemper, Irene Stone and Mary (Carlton) Rhoades, all of Fort Recovery.
Preceding her in death are her grandson, Jason Ashcraft and sister, Helen Wendel.
She was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and retired as a bank teller at Second National Bank, Fort Recovery.
Jeanette was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 6515 and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 345, all of Fort Recovery.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Veterans Park, Fort Recovery, which is currently under construction, c/o the Fort Recovery Historical Society.
Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, OH is in charge of arrangements.
