* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Fred Hullinger
Fred Jay Hullinger, 42, of 621 E. Spring Street in St. Marys, OH died 11:25 a.m. Thursday May 5, 2016 at his residence.
He was born September 5, 1973 in St. Marys, OH to Fred A. and Jacqualin (Mills) Hullinger. On October 31, 2009 in St. Marys, OH he married Kimberly N. Carey, who survives.
Also survived by: daughter Kirsten Poeppelman of Wapakoneta, OH daughter Cadence Hullinger of St. Marys, OH son Jayden Hullinger of St. Marys, OH parents Fred A. and Jacqualin Hullinger of St. Marys, OH sister Heather (Bob) Money of St. Marys, OH father-in-law Daniel Carey, Sr. of New Lenox, IL mother-in-law Renee McFarland of Ft. Wayne, IN.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1992). An auto body technician, he worked for E's Paint & Body Shop and T & P Auto Body, both in St. Marys.
His favorite pastimes included watching sports (especially St. Marys Roughriders, OSU Buckeyes, Browns, Reds), working on cars, and spending time with family and friends.
Services for Fred Jay Hullinger are scheduled to begin 10:30 a.m. Tuesday May 10, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Pastor John Mobley will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
Visitation 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to either a fund for Fred Jay's children or Auglaize Co. Cancer Association.
