CELINA - A man who was riding a bicycle when he was struck by an Ohio State Highway Patrol car in March faces charges in Celina Municipal Court.
Daniel Bruns, 62, has a pretrial hearing scheduled for 2:15 p.m. June 7 on three charges after a vehicle-bike accident, according to court records. [More]

Supreme court issues ruling
COLUMBUS - The Ohio Supreme Court has moved to block a Mercer County court from exercising jurisdiction in a local custody case, but a complete opinion about custody of the child has yet to be announced.
CELINA - Celina City Schools board members on Wednesday night agreed to move forward with the state funding process for the Tri Star 2.0 project.
