* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 5 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.

Water covers a grassed area at the Coldwater Creek Treatment Train after pumps were activated over the weekend to supply water to promote vegetation growth. The pumps were shut off but will be reopened if dry conditions continue.
