* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Guests from Montana pose with local 4-H Exchange Program members on the steps inside the Mercer County Courthouse this week. The visitors were introduced to life in the Midwest through the trip to Ohio. The group toured many regional attractions during a one-week stay.
