CELINA - The body of a woman found near Havemann Road in Celina late Thursday morning has been identified as Sondra M. Thatcher, 34, of 604 W. Columbia St., Rockford.
Thatcher's body was found in a woods near the east end of Industrial Drive, a news release from Celina Police Chief Tom Wale states. [More]
